目的:研究沙煲暗罗的化学成分。方法:采用95%乙醇提取,硅胶柱层析,Sephadex LH-20及重结晶等方法从沙煲暗罗茎和叶中分离化学成分,并根据光谱数据和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。结果:分离获得了8个化合物,其中生物碱类化合物为isooncodine(1),pendulamine A(2),甾体类化合物为stigmasta-4-ene-3,6-dione(3),β-谷甾醇(4),豆甾醇(5),其他化合物为对苯二酚(6),香草醛(7),十八碳二烯酸(8)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到,抗菌活性测试结果表明,化合物3对大肠埃希菌(Escherichia coli)有抑制作用,其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值达到5 mg·L-1;抗肿瘤活性测试结果表明,生物碱类化合物1对小鼠黑色素瘤细胞(B16F10)和肺癌肿瘤细胞(A-549)具有一定抑制活性,半抑制率(IC50)分别为78.6,49.3 mg·L-1。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Shapotouluo. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated from 95% ethanol extract, silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization. The chemical structures of the compounds were determined by spectral data and physical and chemical properties. RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as isooncodine (1), pendulamine A (2) and stigmasta-4-ene-3,6-dione (4) and stigmasterol (5). Other compounds are hydroquinone (6), vanillin (7) and stearidonic acid (8). CONCLUSION: All the compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time. The results of antibacterial activity test showed that compound 3 inhibited Escherichia coli with the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) reaching 5 mg · L -1; The antitumor activity test results showed that alkaloid compound 1 has certain inhibitory activity on mouse melanoma cells (B16F10) and lung cancer cells (A-549), with IC50 values of 78.6 and 49.3 mg · L-1.
