无论什么人,受激励而改进,是很容易的,受责备而改进,是不大容易的。而越小的孩子尤其喜欢听好话,而不喜欢听恶言--这是中国著名儿童教育家陈鹤琴先生说过的话,他认为:小孩子有一个重要的心理特征,就是喜欢称赞、嘉评、奖励,他主张在平时的教育教学过程中,要给予学生积极的鼓励和诱导。基于这个观念,我们作为教师就更应该掌握好这一激励艺术的运用,如何更好的贯穿于我们的教育教学活动中来,
It is easy for anybody to be motivated and improved to improve. It is not easy to blame. The younger children especially like to listen to good things, but do not like to listen to bad language - this is the famous Chinese educator Mr. Chen Heqin said: He believes that children have an important psychological characteristics, that is, like praise, commentary, Reward, he advocated in the usual education and teaching process, to give students positive encouragement and guidance. Based on this concept, we, as teachers, should grasp the application of this incentive art and how we can better run through our education and teaching activities.
