去年10月,我们承担了钱江二桥公路接线(主线)二期路面加铺工程的沥青路面铣刨工作,整个路段共铣刨沥青路面近8万m~2,要求铣刨后的基础平整度好,横坡为2%,高程允许误差范围为±1cm。根据我所现有的条件只能采用原西德Wirtgen公司的1300铣刨机进行铣刨,但该机器左侧找平电脑只能进行等厚度铣刨,不能进行横坡控制,这显然不能满足施工要求。对此,我们经过试验,找到了比较合适的方法。
