400m跑是一项以糖酵解供能为主的无氧运动项目,其疲劳的产生主要源自于代谢产生的乳酸而诱发的PH值下降,从而影响到肌肉收缩机制和能量供应,使肌肉收缩力量和收缩速度下降,在PH值的下降中,乳酸的生成和CP的耗竭是十分重要的作用因素。针对CP的耗竭和乳酸的堆积,可通过补充肌酸和口服碱性盐来推迟400m跑中疲劳的产生。
