本文报告了自制阳电荷粒状滤材的性能试验情况,结果显示,该滤材吸附自来水中f_2噬菌体,不需调水的pH到3.5,不需加阳离子即可达到较高吸附率。以S型粒状材料为阳电荷胶体的载体吸附水中f_2试验和以三倍肉汤作为洗脱液洗脱吸附在载体上的f2回收试验,其吸附率和回收率分别为100%和大于80%。确定每克载体为0.047mg阳电荷胶体,颗粒大小为60~100目,经多批滤材试验吸附率均在95%以上,室温保存12后检验水中吸附f_2的效果未见变化。
This paper reports the self-made positive charge of the particulate filter performance test results show that the filter adsorbed f2 phage in tap water, without adjusting the pH of the water to 3.5, without the addition of cation can be achieved higher adsorption rate. In the f 2 recovery test, the f 2 adsorption test was carried out by using the S-type granular material as the positive colloidal adsorbent and the f 2 recovery experiment with the elution of the triple broth as the eluant. The adsorption and recovery rates were 100% and more than 80% . The results showed that the adsorption capacity was 0.047mg per gram of colloidal particles and the particle size was 60 ~ 100 mesh. The adsorption rates were all above 95% after several batches of filtration tests.
