目的探讨低分子肝素口服制剂对肝损伤家兔血液流变学及肝脏微循环的影响.方法家兔30只随机分为A组(正常对照)、B组(仅腹腔注射D-氨基半乳糖)、C组(低分子肝素治疗组),测定其血液流变学并观察肝脏微循环改变.结果用药后24h和72h观察,同A组相比,B组平均血流量(174±52,142±14vs325±101,P<001)和极差(23±14,13±06vs43±27,P<005)明显降低,低切粘度(1011mPa·S-1±056mPa·S-1,804mPa·S-1±075mPa·S-1vs728mPa·S-1±061mPa·S-1,P<005)、高切粘度(504mPa·S-1±036mPa·S-1vs475mPa·S-1±027mPa·S-1,P<005)、血浆粘度(175mPa·S-1±013mPa·S-1vs169mPa·S-1±009mPa·S-1P<005)、红细胞聚集指数(207±013,191±037vs136±008,P<001)明显升高,血沉和红细胞压积无显著改变.C组同B组相比,高切粘度(438mPa·S-1±0?
Objective To investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin oral preparation on hemorrheology and hepatic microcirculation in rabbits with liver injury. Methods Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into group A (normal control), group B (intraperitoneal injection of D-galactosamine only) and group C (low molecular weight heparin treatment group).
