记得三十年前,我刚踏上幼教工作岗位不久,一个女孩子生病两个多月后第一天来园,孩子们对地一点也不热情,让她冷冷清清坐在角落里。小女孩那张苍白的脸,那双企盼的大眼,迄今犹在眼前。三十多年后的今天,我班上也有一个幼儿生病两个月后来园,当时我在办公室有事。我一进教室,孩子们就兴奋地、七嘴八舌地奔过来向我报告:“老师,薇娜来了!”大家还拍起了小手。只见潘薇娜小朋友被“包围”了,许多新玩具堆放在她面前。同样是孩子久病后来因,为什么接待他(她)的情况有如此之大的差别?这主要是教师感情的变化带来了孩子感情的变化。
