本文提出了应用时间、位移互为监测控制的方法来监控焊接过程,应用烧化率来衡量接头的质量的观点,介绍了一套对连续焊、惯性焊均能适用的质量监控装置;叙述了监控的目的及其实现手段。这套监控装置在调试焊机、确定工艺规范时可提供实验数据,在生产中操作者能以此作为检验手段,对保证产品质量,及时发现不合格件,调整焊机参数能起到良好的作用。
