本文叙述了通用优化程序PARS在90.7吨高边敞车侧壁设计中的应用。PARS(Program for Analysis and Resizing of Strucfures)结构分析和反复修改尺寸直到满足要求程序与SPAR有限元程序是姐妹程序,它用来优化建立起有限元模型的结构。对于无约束极小值问题,该优化计算方法应用广义内补偿函数和牛顿法。用板与梁的有限元建立高边敞车侧壁模型,设计变量链考虑生产制造要求。侧壁设计受翘曲应力和位移的约束,并按AAR货车设计制造规范通过进行。
This article describes the application of PARS, a common optimization program, in the sidewall design of a 90.7-tonne gondola. PARS (Program for Analysis and Restructuring of Strucfures) Structural Analysis and Repeatedly Resizing Dimensions until Satisfied Requirements The program and the SPAR finite element program are sisters programs that are used to optimize the construction of the finite element model. For the problem of unconstrained minimum, the optimization calculation method uses the generalized internal compensation function and Newton method. The side wall model of high-side gondola was established by finite element method of plate and beam, and the design of variable chain was taken into consideration of manufacturing requirements. Sidewall design is governed by warpage stresses and displacements and is carried out in accordance with the AAR truck design and manufacturing specifications.
