目的：探讨华佗宁心饮结合常规西医治疗心律失常的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年12月至2013年12月收治的心律失常患者100例，随机分为观察组（50例）和对照组（50例），分别给予常规西医治疗和常规西医联合华佗宁心饮治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过14 d的治疗，观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.0%，明显高于对照组的80.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗过程中，两组患者均未出现严重的不良反应，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）结论在常规西医治疗基础上，联合予以华佗宁心饮治疗心律失常可以获得良好的治疗效果。“,”Objective To explore the clinical effect of HuaTuoningxin combined with routine western medicine in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods Randomly selected 100 cases from the arrhythmia patients in our hospital, were randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases),were given routine treatment of Western medicine and routine treatment of Western medicine combined with HuaTuoningxin.Observe and record the two groups of treatment effect.Results After 14d,the effective rate of observation group was 96.0%,significantly higher than the control group of 80.0%,the two groups had significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,combined to HuaTuoni- ngxin can obtain good effect.
