笔者在身体素质体育课正常教学中采用“霍桑效应”——心理效应教学与一般身体素质课正常教学,发现采用霍桑实验教学学生的身体素质各项指标明显提高。霍桑效应不仅提高了身体素质教学工作的艺术性,而且获得了较好的教学效果,可见霍桑效应在身体素质教学中的作用非常显著。
The author uses the “Hawthorne effect” - normal teaching of physical effects and normal physical quality teaching in the normal teaching of physical quality physical education, and finds that the indexes of physical fitness of students using the Hawthorne experimental teaching are obviously improved. Hawthorne effect not only improves the artistic quality of physical education, but also obtains a good teaching effect. It can be seen that the Hawthorne effect plays a very significant role in the teaching of physical fitness.
