“工匠精神”的基本内涵包括敬业、精益、专注、创新等方面的内容。酒店业的“工匠精神”体现在服务和细节。本文提出了培育酒店业“工匠精神”的策略:首先培养员工专业和专注的职业精神;其次,培养员工持之以恒的精神;再次,形成培育“工匠精神”的保障机制;最后,培育酒店人精益求精的工作品质。“工匠精神”要求员工为宾客服务一丝不苟、追求极致完美,持之以恒,把自身融入到产品、服务中去,为客户创造极致体验。
“Craftsmanship ” of the basic connotation, including dedication, lean, focus, innovation and other aspects. Hotel industry “craftsmanship ” is reflected in the service and details. This paper proposes a strategy of nurturing hotel industry “craftsmanship ”: firstly, cultivate the staff professionalism and professionalism; secondly, cultivate staff’s perseverance; thirdly, form a safeguard mechanism of cultivating “craftsmanship ”; finally, cultivate Hotel people work better quality. “Craftsmanship ” requires employees to serve the guests meticulous, the pursuit of the ultimate perfection, perseverance, to integrate themselves into products and services to create the ultimate customer experience.
