以大型钢锭锻造过程为研究对象,通过理论建模和数值模拟,对大锻件变形的均匀性进行研究,将新型复合曲面型砧和传统V型砧的锻造结果进行比较,以求找出在用不同砧子进行锻造时,锻件内部的应力、应变状态。结果表明,复合曲面型砧在锻件组织性能优化上具有优势,其不但能使大型锻件心部得到很好的压实效果,有效地消除了钢锭内部出现的偏析、疏松及缩孔缺陷,而且大型锻件表面金属变形也能得到很好的控制,消除了锻造过程中的难变形区。
