高职院校社团建设管理是一个动态复杂的有机过程,这个过程会受到高职院校办学内外环境条件的多重影响。高职院校办学的内部条件主要包括办学理念、师资队伍、学生群体和校园文化等,外部环境主要包括高职院校外部的经济环境、社会环境和自然环境等。各种环境条件之间相互联系、相互影响,共同决定高职院校社团建设管理的有序开展。
The management of community construction in higher vocational colleges is a dynamic and complicated organic process, which is influenced by the environmental conditions both inside and outside the higher vocational colleges. The internal conditions of higher vocational colleges mainly include the concept of running a school, faculty, student groups and campus culture. The external environment mainly includes the external economic environment, social environment and natural environment of higher vocational colleges. Various environmental conditions are interrelated and influence each other, and jointly determine the orderly development of community construction management in higher vocational colleges.
