为研究太阳能热水系统(SHWS)关键参数及其交互作用对系统性能的影响程度,建立完整的太阳能热水系统模型,采用正交试验法,以太阳能保证率为目标参数,选取集热倾角、集热面积、水箱容积和循环流量为影响因素,通过极差分析和方差分析研究各因素及其交互作用对太阳能保证率的影响程度。研究结果表明,在实际太阳能热水系统设计与优化时,应着重考虑所选4个关键参数和水箱容积与循环流量的交互作用,可以不考虑集热面积与水箱容积的交互作用。可为太阳能热水系统的优化设计提供依据。
In order to study the influence of the key parameters of solar hot water system (SHWS) and their interaction on the system performance, a complete model of solar water heating system is established. By using orthogonal test method and taking the solar energy guaranteed rate as the target parameter, The area of heat collecting, the volume of water tank and the circulation flow are the influential factors. The extent of influence on the solar energy guarantee rate of each factor and its interaction is studied by range analysis and variance analysis. The results show that in the design and optimization of the actual solar hot water system, the interaction between the four key parameters selected and the tank volume and the circulation flow should be considered. The interaction between the collector area and the tank volume can be ignored. Solar hot water system can provide the basis for the optimal design.
