目的:探讨波立维联合通心络胶囊治疗非ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死的疗效及对肌酸激酶(CK)、同工酶(CK-MB)和肌钙蛋白T(c Tn T)的影响。方法:选取2014年1月—2016年1月我院收治的非ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死患者68例,按照随机分配的原则,将其平均分为两组,对照组与观察组,各34例。对照组采用波立维进行治疗,观察组采用波立维联合通心络胶囊进行治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果,以及治疗后CK、CK-MB、c Tn T的水平。结果:对照组的治疗总有效率为82.35%,观察组的治疗总有效率为94.12%,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CK、CK-MB、c Tn T水平较治疗前明显降低,观察组的CK、CK-MB、c Tn T水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:波立维联合通心络胶囊治疗非ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死的疗效确切,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the curative effect of Boliwei combined with Tongxinluo capsule on non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction and its effect on creatine kinase (CK), isoenzyme (CK-MB) and troponin T influences. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with non-ST elevation acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of random distribution. The control group and observation group 34 cases. In the control group, Bolivian was used for treatment. The observation group was treated with Bolivar combined with Tongxinluo capsule. The clinical effects of two groups were compared, and the levels of CK, CK-MB and cTnT after treatment were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 82.35%. The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of CK, CK-MB and cTnT in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the levels of CK, CK-MB and cTnT in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Bolivi combined with Tongxinluo Capsule in the treatment of non-ST elevation acute myocardial infarction is effective and worthy of further clinical application.
