应用全细胞膜片钳技术,证明大鼠背根神经节(DRG)中有70.3%的细胞对N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)敏感,18.9%的细胞对红藻氨酸(KA)敏感,56.8%的细胞对使君子酸(QA)敏感,并观察到Mg(2+)及甘氨酸(Gly)仅对NMDA激活电流有影响,而对KA和QA激活电流无作用。
Whole-cell patch-clamp technique was used to demonstrate that 70.3% of DRG neurons were sensitive to N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA), 18.9% Sensitive to KA, 56.8% of the cells were sensitive to geranium acid (QA), and Mg (2+) and Gly (Gly) were found to affect only the NMDA activation current while KA and QA activation currents No effect.
