目的探讨健康教育对宫颈癌前病变患者负性情绪的干预效果。方法选取2014年2月至2015年2月间我院收治的宫颈癌前病变患者58例,将其随机分组,对照组26例给予常规护理,观察组32例给予健康教育干预。比较两组患者护理前后SAS评分情况。结果两组患者护理前SAS评分结果比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),护理后均有下降(P<0.01);且护理后观察组组患者SAS评分低于对照组,两组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对宫颈癌前病变患者进行合理的健康教育,对患者负性情绪具有良好的缓解作用,可显著提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of health education on the negative emotions of cervical precancerous lesions. Methods Fifty-eight patients with cervical precancerous lesions admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 26) received routine nursing; observation group (n = 32) received health education intervention. SAS scores were compared between the two groups before and after care. Results There was no significant difference in pre-care SAS scores between the two groups (P> 0.05), but both of them decreased after the nursing (P <0.01). SAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Reasonable health education for patients with cervical precancerous lesions has a good effect on negative emotions and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
