1994年1月至1995年1月,我院共收治颅脑损伤病人243例,对其中89例不同类型的颅脑损伤进行了CT动态扫描观察,及时发现了一些颅内迟发性病变。现将有关情况报告如下: 1 临床资料 本组89例中,男68例,女21例。年龄4~72岁。全部为颅脑损伤住院病人。伤前健康。以GCS为分型标准:轻型30例,中型23型,重型21例,特重型15例。使用日本产东芝CT机以OML为基线常规行横断扫描9个层面。89例病人共进行头颅CT扫描286次。每例最少检查2次,最多6次。伤后首次CT扫描时间最早为1小时,最晚72小时。 首次CT扫描发现:硬膜外血肿25例,硬膜下血
From January 1994 to January 1995, a total of 243 patients with craniocerebral injury were treated in our hospital. 89 different types of craniocerebral injury were observed by CT dynamic scanning, and some delayed intracranial lesions were found in time.
