The Weibull distribution was proposed by the Swedish scholar Weibull in his study of the reliability theory in 1951 and was mainly used to indicate the industrial accident rate. Because Weibull distribution has strong adaptability to anti-T-shape, index and normal distribution, it is valued by forestry. Weibull distribution is a continuous probability distribution, with shape parameters and position parameters, can accurately describe the changes in diameter distribution; and the parameters are simple and easy to find. To study the adaptability of Weibull distribution can be used to predict the forest with Weibull distribution
