In 2015, global advertisers will spend 23.68 billion U.S. dollars on social networks to reach consumers, with an annual increase of 33.5%. By 2017, social network advertising spending will reach 35.98 billion US dollars, accounting for 16.0% of global online advertising. This year, US and Canadian advertisers will spend 31.0% more on social media ads than they have for the first time, exceeding US $ 10 billion for the first time, spending 7.4 billion U.S. dollars on social networks in the Asia Pacific region, and 4.74 billion U.S. dollars on the third largest area of social network advertising spending.
