化学名 3-乙氧羰基氨基-5-二甲胺基乙酰基-10,11-二氢-5H-二苯并[b,f)氮杂单盐酸盐合成 3-氨基-5-乙酰基-10,11-二氢-5H-二苯并Lb,f]氮杂(艹卓)(Ⅰ)与氢氧化钾在正丙醇中反应得到3-氨基-10,11-二氢-5H-二苯并[b,f]氮杂(艹卓)(Ⅱ),Ⅱ与氯甲酸乙酯反应得到其相应的3-乙氧羰基氨基化合物(Ⅲ),Ⅲ与氯乙酰氯反应得到相应的3-乙氧羰基氨基-5-氯乙酰基的化合物(Ⅳ),Ⅳ再与二甲胺反应得到本品(tiracizine)(Ⅴ);将得到的碱与盐酸在异丙醇中反应得到其盐酸盐。
