Technology技术领域基于项目的管理模式项目简介:在传统的职能型公司管理模式下,一般将项目拆分后分配给各职能部门完成,以职能部门为单元对不同项目的同一专业部分进行管理,这种现实情况常造成:一方面因为项目被肢解而不易从整体上对项目进行规划和监控。另一方面因为职能部门同时承担进度不一的多个项目也难于对每一个项目实施监控。所以,使得企业各管理层面很难实时掌握项目执行状况并实施即时有效的监控,造成大量项目的进度和费用失控,甚至使企业失控。因此,项目管理已成为企业管理的核心内容之一。基于项目的管理模式是:项目在项目经理部的规划、组织、协调和实时监控下,借用各职能部门的资源来实施,项目经理对项目目标的实现负有全责,而职能部门扮演项目的支持和服务角色,同时从专业(包括技术和管理)知识方面起到把关作用。基于项目的企业管理模式强调项目目标、范围、计划、监控和职责的精确性,从而使以前习惯于凭经验、粗犷型的管理转变成精细化、受控的管理。同时依据项目执行中的实时数据提高了项目各阶段决策的质量和效率。可以全面提高企业内项目管理决策的精确性、实时性和预测性,增强企业的核心竞争力。
