随着社会经济不断发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,我国对医护人才的需要越来越大,要求也越来越高。这给高职专业毕业生的就业工作带来很大的机遇,同时也存在着巨大的挑战。据此,本文从加快调职护理学教学的改革、增强实践教学环节做到与临床零距离结合、加强大学生综合素质的培养和加强就业指导,培养高职护理专业毕业生树立正确的就业观等四个方面提出了对策。
With the continuous development of social economy and continuous improvement of people’s living standard, the demand for medical and nursing personnel in our country is getting larger and larger, and the requirements are getting higher and higher. This brings great opportunities to the employment of higher vocational graduates and also presents a huge challenge. Therefore, this article accelerates the reform of nursing transfer teaching, enhances the practical teaching links with clinical zero distance, strengthens the cultivation of college students’ comprehensive qualities and strengthens the employment guidance, cultivates the higher vocational nursing graduates to establish the correct employment view, The aspects put forward countermeasures.
