目的探讨建立新生儿复苏项目质量控制体系对新生儿复苏人员复苏知识、技能的知晓率及保持率的作用;对新生儿复苏成功率、窒息率、死亡率的影响。方法选择参与新生儿复苏的所有产、儿科医护人员及麻醉师作为研究对象。对比建立新生儿复苏项目质量控体系前后一年新生儿窒息发生率、复苏成功率及死亡率的变化情况。分析建立新生儿复苏项目质量控制体系后所有参与新生儿复苏的人员对新生儿复苏知识、技能的知晓率及保持率。结果 2014年新生儿复苏成功率上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);窒息发生率下降(1.57%降至0.77%),死亡率下降(9.38/万降至2.15/万),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有参与新生儿复苏的人员其新生儿复苏知识及技能均明显提高,知晓率上升(P<0.05)、保持率良好。结论通过建立新生儿复苏项目质量控制体系,提高了复苏人员的复苏技能,从而提高了新生儿复苏成功率,降低了窒息发生率及死亡率。
Objective To explore the effect of establishing the quality control system of neonatal resuscitation project on the knowledge and skills of neonatal resuscitation staff and on the success rate of resuscitation, asphyxia rate and mortality rate. Methods All the obstetrics and gynecologists, pediatricians and anesthesiologists involved in neonatal resuscitation were selected as the study subjects. Compare the incidence of neonatal asphyxia, the success rate of resuscitation and the mortality rate of one year before and after establishing the quality control system of neonatal resuscitation project. Analysis of neonatal resuscitation project after the establishment of quality control system for all involved in neonatal resuscitation knowledge and skills of neonatal resuscitation awareness and retention. Results The success rate of neonatal resuscitation increased in 2014 with a significant difference (P <0.05). The incidence of asphyxia decreased (1.57% to 0.77%) and the mortality decreased (9.38 / There was statistical significance (P <0.05). All involved in neonatal resuscitation knowledge and skills of neonatal resuscitation were significantly improved awareness rate (P <0.05), retention rate is good. Conclusion The establishment of a quality control system for neonatal resuscitation projects has improved the resuscitative skills of resuscitation workers, thus improving the success rate of neonatal resuscitation and reducing the incidence of asphyxia and mortality.
