通过分析航天地面机械产品工艺质量存在的问题,论述了工艺量化的必要性和重要意义,并且明确了基于质量管理持续改进的原理,运用PDCA的工作方式,开展工艺量化工作。经过总结工艺试验成果和工作经验,为新形势下工艺设计工作,设计出一套合理的工艺量化控制体系,同时也明确后续工艺量化持续改进的方向。
Through the analysis of the problems existing in the craft quality of aerospace ground machinery products, the necessity and importance of craft quantification are discussed. The principle of continuous improvement based on quality management is clarified, and the work method of PDCA is used to carry out the process quantification. After summing up the results of the process test and working experience, we designed a set of reasonable process quantification control system for the process design work in the new situation, and at the same time, we also clarified the direction of subsequent process quantification and continuous improvement.
