为了提高郊区村镇供水计量管理水平和读表收费率,及时发现计量故障和用水规律,有效减少水量漏损,节约水资源,北京市以智能水表为硬件基础,以互联网络为载体,组建了AMR(自动计量读数)供水管理系统,对全市郊区已运行集中供水厂的用水量进行实时监控,经过1a多的应用实践,积累了一些数据资料和应用经验。笔者对系统的基本情况和应用效果进行介绍,指出使用过程中存在的一些问题,并提出相应的对策,为科学选用水表和进一步推广水表远程数据采集和监测系统提供有效的依据。
In order to improve the metrological management level of water supply in suburb towns and villages and the charging rate of reading meters, it was found that the measurement failure and water consumption rules were promptly reduced, the water leakage was effectively reduced and water resources were saved. Based on the intelligent water meter in Beijing and the Internet as the carrier, AMR (Automatic measurement of reading) water supply management system, the city’s suburbs have run centralized water supply plant for real-time monitoring of water consumption, after more than 1a application practices, accumulated some data and application experience. The author introduces the basic situation and application effect of the system, points out some problems in the process of using, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide an effective basis for the scientific selection of water meters and the further popularization of water meter remote data acquisition and monitoring system.
