目的讨论并研究脑电图、经颅多普勒及P 300检测技术诊在偏头痛诊断的应用价值。方法从在我院顺利就诊的患者中,抽取40例偏头痛患者为实验组,同时抽取40例在我院做常规检查的体检者作为对照组。所有患者均接受脑电图、经颅多普勒和P 300的检测,随后将对其结果进行对比研究。结果实验组的40例偏头痛患者的脑电图、经颅多普勒和P 300检测结果都显示有异常情况,且其发生异常的概率高于对照组的40例的体检者,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论脑电图、经颅多普勒和P 300检测技术是能诊断出偏头痛的必经途径,为医生的诊断提供了直接的依据。
Objective To discuss and investigate the value of EEG, transcranial Doppler and P300 detection in the diagnosis of migraine. Methods Forty patients with migraine were selected as the experimental group from 40 patients who were successfully treated in our hospital. At the same time, 40 patients who underwent routine examination in our hospital were selected as the control group. All patients underwent EEG, transcranial Doppler and P300 testing, and the results were compared. Results The results of EEG, transcranial Doppler and P300 in 40 migraineurs in the experimental group showed abnormalities and the probability of abnormalities was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05) , The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Electroencephalography, transcranial Doppler and P300 detection techniques are the necessary ways to diagnose migraine headaches, providing a direct basis for doctors’ diagnosis.
