财政是一个国家赖以生存发展的物质基础,国家缺少了财政的支撑将难以长期发展下去。面对社会主义现代化发展进程的加快,我国中央财政部门对财政体制改革工作给予了高度重视,为国内经济效益增收创造了良好的条件。因而,深刻认识财政对于国内各项事业进步的重要性有助于调动全国财政体制改革的积极性。鉴于这些,本文分析了财政体制改革的意义且提出了合理化建议。
Finance is the material basis for the survival and development of a country. If the country lacks financial support, it will be hard to long-term development. Faced with the acceleration of the process of socialist modernization, the central finance department of our country attaches great importance to the reform of the financial system and has created favorable conditions for increasing the domestic economic benefits. Therefore, a profound understanding of the importance of finance for the progress of various undertakings in the country helps mobilize the enthusiasm of the reform of the national financial system. In view of these, this article analyzes the meaning of the financial system reform and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
