2009年村镇建设行业基本实现了工作重点向管理制度建设、农村危房改造、村镇规划等重点领域重点项目的职能转变;工作要求向为农民提供规划建设综合服务转变;工作目标向农房建设等农村民生方向转变。2010年要在已有工作基础上,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,推动经济发展方式转变和农村改革发展,全面落实国家农村改革发展要求,进一步夯实村镇建设工作基础,全面履行“三定”方案确定的村镇建设职责要求。要重点抓好农村危房改造试点、村镇规划、“建材下乡”、小城镇发展建设,逐步提高村镇规划建设管理的行政能力和为“三农”服务的水平。
