行政审批是政府的一项重要行政管理职能,直接体现着政府的行政效率与服务水平。行政审批流程是因行政相对人而存在的,行政审批流程再造的真正目的是为行政相对人提供更好更快的服务。本文通过对宜昌市51家市直职能部门流程再造的推进情况、再造结果的搜集,调查与分析,对行政审批流程再造现存的问题、原因进行了细致研究,并初步提出了推进行政审批流程再造,巩固流程再造效果的对策建议。
Administrative approval is an important administrative function of the government and directly reflects the government’s administrative efficiency and service level. The administrative examination and approval process exists because of the counterpart of the administration. The real purpose of the administrative examination and approval process reengineering is to provide better and faster service for the administrative counterpart. Through the collection and investigation and analysis of the process reengineering and reengineering results of 51 municipal-level functional departments in Yichang City, this paper makes a detailed study on the existing problems and causes of reengineering of the administrative examination and approval process and puts forward some suggestions on promoting the reengineering of the administrative examination and approval process, Countermeasures to consolidate the effect of process reengineering.
