目的:研究固公果(Rose odorata Sweet var. gigantea(Coll.et Hemsl.)Rehd.et Wils)根中三萜类成分。方法:通过利用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱等色谱学分离,利用理化性质、现代波谱学以及化学沟通手段鉴定结构。结果:从固公果根乙酸乙酯层分离到9个三萜化合物,分别鉴定为白桦酸(1)、2α,3β,19β-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(2)、野鸦春酸(3)、2α,3α,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oicacid(4)、2α,3β,19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oicacid(5)、kaji-ichigoside F1(6)、野蔷薇苷(7)、2α,3α,19α,23-tetrahydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oicacid-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(8)、冬青苷B(9)。结论:化合物9为首次从蔷薇属植物中分离得到,化合物1-8为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the triterpenoids in root of Rose odorata Sweet var. Gigantea (Coll. Et Hemsl.) Rehd.et Wils. Methods: The structures were identified by physicochemical properties, modern spectroscopy and chemical communication methods by chromatographic separation using silica gel column chromatography and ODS column chromatography. RESULTS: Nine triterpene compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate layer of P. koreanum and identified as Betulinic acid (1), 2α, 3β, 19β-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28- (4), 2α, 3β, 19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oicacid (5), kaji-ichigoside F1 (6), 2α, 3α, 19α, 23-tetrahydroxy-urs-12-en- 28-oicacid-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (8) ). Conclusion: Compound 9 was isolated from Rosa for the first time. Compounds 1-8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
