随着经济和社会的发展,人民群众日益增长的接受优质教育的需求与优质教育资源相对不足的矛盾日益凸显,我国的教育发展面临新的挑战和机遇。如何创办、整合出更多的资源。扩大优质教育,适应先进生产力的发展,这是全面建设小康社会进程中的一项重要任务。有学者指出,21世纪前20年中国教育的基本走向应是“在继续完成普及教育目标的同时,着力建设高质量的教育”。对全国大多数城市和经济发达地区来说.教育的发展应着重在提高质量、提高水平、提高效益上。
With the development of economy and society, the contradiction between the increasing demand for quality education and the relative lack of quality education resources among the people has become increasingly prominent. China’s education development is facing new challenges and opportunities. How to create and integrate more resources.
