培养选拔青年领导干部的论题,在今天已不是什么新鲜题目了,有关其重要意义和现实作用的论述已很多了,并已逐步形成可操作的制度,在社会实践中也已取得丰富的经验。这似乎已没有什么可以赘述的,我只想谈点个人感兴趣的话题。
The topic of training and selecting young leading cadres is not a fresh topic today. There have been many expositions on its significance and practical effects.
