中华人民共和国农业部令2013年第5号《农业部关于修订部分规章的决定》业经2013年12月18日农业部第10次常务会议审议通过,现予公布,自公布之日起施行。部长韩长赋2013年12月31日根据《国务院关于加强法治政府建设的意见》(国发[2010]33号)和《国务院关于严格控制新设行政许可的通知》(国发[2013]39号)要求,农业部对规章进行了全面清理,决定对以下13部规章进行修订。一、中华人民共和国水生动植物自然保护区管理办法(1997年10月17日农业部令第24号公布、2010年11月26日农业部令第11号修订)
The Decision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China Order No. 5 of 2013 on the Revision of Some Regulations by the Ministry of Agriculture was reviewed and approved at the 10th executive meeting of the Ministry of Agriculture on December 18, 2013 and is hereby promulgated and implemented as of the date of promulgation. Minister Han Changfu December 31, 2013 Pursuant to the Opinions of the State Council on Strengthening the Construction of a Government Ruled by Law (Guo Fa [2010] No. 33) and the State Council’s Notice on Strict Control of New Administrative Licenses (Guo Fa [2013] No. 39) Requirements, the Ministry of Agriculture to conduct a comprehensive clean-up regulations, decided to amend the following 13 regulations. I. Measures for the Administration of the Nature Reserves of Aquatic Animals and Plants of the People’s Republic of China (Promulgated by Order No. 24 of the Ministry of Agriculture on October 17, 1997 and Decree No. 11 of the Ministry of Agriculture dated November 26, 2010)
