我国利用项目融资模式进行保障房建设尚处探索阶段。本文以民和县为例,对财力不足的贫困县域如何应用BOT模式建设保障房的运作过程进行了探讨,从而为解决保障房建设中的融资问题提供解决方法和途径。
China’s use of project financing model for protection of housing construction is still at the exploratory stage. This paper takes Minhe County as an example to discuss how to use the BOT mode to build the affordable housing in poverty-stricken counties, so as to provide solutions and ways to solve the financing problems in the construction of affordable housing.
