全液压动力制动系统动态特性直接关系到车辆的行驶安全性能。在对串联式液压制动阀结构与性能分析的基础上,建立全液压动力制动试验系统,将制动阀踏板脚踏处、制动轮缸入口及制动阀入口处作为测点,安装荷重传感器和压力传感器,测试信号经动态应变仪显示并记录,进行制动阀动态特性试验。结果证明,试验系统可满足对制动阀及系统动态特性分析与研究的需要,为工程车辆全液压动力制动系统的设计与性能的改进提供了依据。
Dynamic characteristics of full hydraulic dynamic braking system is directly related to the vehicle’s driving safety performance. Based on the analysis of the structure and performance of tandem hydraulic brake valve, an all-hydraulic dynamic brake test system is set up. The pedal position of the brake valve, the inlet of the brake cylinder and the entrance of the brake valve are taken as the measuring points. Load cell and pressure sensor, the test signal is displayed and recorded by the dynamic strain gauge, brake valve dynamic test. The results show that the test system can meet the needs of dynamic analysis and research of brake valve and system, and provide the basis for the design and performance improvement of full hydraulic dynamic brake system of construction vehicle.
