由省科委批准新上重点科研项目:《造纸原料基地林建设配套技术研究》第一次协作会议在省轻工厅主持下于一九八二年三月六—七日在杭州召开。参加会议的有省计委、省科委、省轻工厅、省造纸公司,省造纸研究所、浙江林学院,遂昌造纸厂、龙游造纸厂、遂昌县湖山林场、金华东方红林场,宁波地区林特研究所,镇海县农林局及镇海县亚浦公所等十三个单位的二十一名代表。会议进一步讨论明确了研究任务,分工协作计划及1983年度的实施计划和经费分配等问
