石油行业是我国重要的能源类行业,在现代化的建设中和新时期中国的发展中,占据着非常重要的地位。石油工程项目的特点是这个行业特有的,环节众多,成本投入高等等。做好石油工程项目的进度及质量管理对石油工程的高效完成有着不言而喻的决定性的作用。把控好项目进度与质量的关系,最大限度地实现两者之间的均衡控制,能够有效实现石油工程项目资源的优化配置,实现成本最大程度的节约,最终实现石油工程项目的顺利完成。
The petroleum industry is an important energy industry in our country, occupying a very important position in the modernization construction and the development of China in the new era. The characteristics of petroleum engineering projects are peculiar to this industry, with many links and high cost inputs. Doing well the progress and quality management of petroleum engineering projects has an obvious and decisive role in the efficient completion of petroleum engineering.
