馆员管理一直是高校图书馆管理中一项重要内容,传统的理性管理将馆员管理置于不完全竞争机制下,其是导致高校图书馆人事管理问题产生的重要原因。因此,当前馆员管理应该从理性走向有限理性。在有限理性理论的视阈下,通过分析馆员管理环境和管理者认识能力以及有效整合图书馆各方资源后可以发现,严格的馆员准入机制、多元化的馆员培训制度、灵活多变的激励机制等能够保障馆员队伍的高度专业性和职业素养的全面性。
Librarian management has always been an important part of university library management. The traditional rational management places librarian management under the imperfect competition mechanism, which is the important reason that causes the personnel management problems in the university library. Therefore, the current librarian management should move from rationality to bounded rationality. From the perspective of bounded rationality theory, we can find out that rigorous librarian admittance mechanism, diversified librarian training system and more flexibility can be found by analyzing the librarian management environment and managers’ cognitive abilities and the effective integration of library resources. Change the incentives and so on to protect librarians highly professional and professional quality of the comprehensive.
