电解质溶液的成分及浓度对微弧氧化陶瓷膜的生长和性能的影响较大 ,不同的电解液 ,有不同的工作电压范围 ,制得的氧化膜层的厚度、硬度、孔隙率及防护性能也将随之改变。研究了 4种不同溶液体系对微弧氧化陶瓷膜的厚度、生长速度和硬度的影响。结果表明 ,在相同的时间内 ,铝酸盐溶液体系中生成的微弧氧化陶瓷膜最厚 ,磷酸盐体系最薄 ;氢氧化钠溶液体系膜的平均生长速度较慢 ,各体系膜层的硬度接近
