结合工程设计,对冷轧生产线上的地辊(实心辊、空心辊)进行了受力分析、安全系数和扰度计算,从理论上进行了比较,对地辊设计和制造提供了依据。
Combined with the engineering design, the force analysis, the safety factor and the calculation of the disturbances of the ground rollers (solid roller and hollow roller) in the cold rolling line are theoretically compared, which provides the basis for the design and manufacture of the ground roller.
