对于GEM-TEPC,探测器的增益是其关键指标,漂移区场强、收集区场强以及传输区场强是影响探测器有效增益的关键因素,灵敏区充入气体的成分、气压、施加在各电极上的电压又直接影响各区间场强。故需要通过探测器增益的模拟计算对漂移区场强、收集区场强以及传输区场强进行优化设计,最终确定合适的参数。本工作通过模拟计算对GEM-TEPC的电场及增益特性进行模拟研究。
For GEM-TEPC, the gain of the detector is its key index. The field strength in the drift region, the field strength in the collection region and the field strength in the transmission region are the key factors that affect the effective gain of the detector. The sensitive region is filled with gas components and air pressure, The voltage on each electrode directly affects the field strength of each interval. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the design of the field strength of the drift zone, the field strength of the collection area and the field strength of the transmission area through the simulation calculation of the detector gain to finally determine the appropriate parameters. This work simulates the electric field and gain characteristics of GEM-TEPC through simulation.
