用乙醚同流提取北沙参,以甲基键合硅胶CF254板,甲醇:水(7:3)为展开剂,展距9厘米,反相薄层色谱分离,在λs=302nm波长下薄层扫描测绘出反相薄层扫描图,呈现出8个主要谱峰,其中对欧前胡素成分进行了定性,并以该成分测定了容量因子、RM值、分离度、板效和有效板高等色谱参数,实验结果表明:反相薄层色谱能简便、快速、高效的分离北沙参中欧前胡素等香豆素类成分;也证明甲基键合硅胶板具有良好性能。一、仪器与药品游层扫描仪:日本岛津CS-930型。簿层涂布器:瑞士CAMAG厂(电
Ethanol was extracted in the same flow and extracted from the northern sea ginseng. The methyl-bonded silica gel CF 254 plates were used. The methanol:water (7:3) was used as a developing agent. The span was 9 cm. It was separated by reversed-phase thin-layer chromatography. The thin layer was at a wavelength of λs=302 nm. Scanning and mapping of anti-phase thin-layer scans showed eight major peaks, in which the components of imperatorin were characterized, and the composition was used to determine the capacity factor, RM value, resolution, plate efficiency, and effective plate height. Chromatographic parameters, the experimental results show that: reverse phase thin-layer chromatography can be simple, rapid and efficient separation of the North Adenophora Central Europe and other components of coumarin; also proved that methyl-bonded silica gel plate has good performance.
