在多种免疫酶组化方法对比下,主要采用HRP-SPA(金葡菌蛋白A标记辣根过氧化酶)法,观察62例胃癌,33例结肠癌石蜡切片和94例胃涂片,80例结肠涂片Carcinoembryonic Antigen(简称CEA)反应。见到CEA阳性物质存在于胃、结肠癌细胞及癌旁粘膜上皮细胞内,可具有极性分布特征;以细胞分光光度计检测,癌灶CEA相对含量显著高于癌旁组织,且与腺癌组织学类型有关;胃、结肠涂片CEA阳性率均高于胃癌,结肠癌的病理细胞学检出率,且确诊率较高。提示:切片、涂片CEA免疫组化检测可辅助胃、结肠癌病理细胞学诊断及分型,尤其是早期癌诊断。文中并讨论CEA可能具有不同功能。
In comparison with various immunohistochemical methods, HRP-SPA (horseradish aureus protein A labeled horseradish peroxidase) method was mainly used to observe 62 cases of gastric cancer, 33 cases of colon cancer paraffin sections and 94 cases of gastric smears, 80 Cases of colonic smear Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) reaction. The presence of CEA positive substances in gastric, colon cancer cells, and adjacent mucosal epithelial cells can be characterized by polarity distribution; by cell spectrophotometer detection, the relative content of CEA in cancer foci is significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues, and it is associated with adenocarcinoma. The histological type was related; the positive rates of CEA in gastric and colon smears were higher than those in gastric cancer and colon cancer. The diagnostic rate was high. Tip: Slicing and smear CEA immunohistochemistry can assist pathological cytology diagnosis and classification of gastric and colon cancers, especially early cancer diagnosis. The article also discusses that CEA may have different functions.
