近年来,机构话语成为语言与话语研究的一个热点。其中,医患互动吸引了国内外学者的兴趣,研究从不同角度考察了医患互动过程。本研究通过分析医患会话的话轮机制(turn-taking system),旨在从微观层面探究其结构和本质。通过录音,本研究收集了北京某医院一名产科医生和病人的会话。会话录音被转写成文字并用于数据分析。基于Harvey Sacks的话轮转换规则,结合文化话语研究相关理论,本研究分析了医患会话在不同会话阶段和整体会话中使用的话轮机制与结构。通过比较医患双方的话轮类型和结构,研究发现双方在互动中扮演不同角色。
In recent years, institutional discourse has become a hot spot in the study of language and discourse. Among them, the interaction between doctor and patient attracts the interest of domestic and foreign scholars and studies the interaction between doctor and patient from different angles. By analyzing the turn-taking system of the doctor-patient session, this study aims to explore its structure and essence from a micro perspective. Through sound recording, the study collected a conversation from an obstetrician and a patient in a hospital in Beijing. Conversation recordings are transcribed into text and used for data analysis. Based on Harvey Sacks’ rules of turn-taking and the theory of cultural discourse, this study analyzes the mechanism and structure of the turn-taking and turn-taking of doctor-patient conversations in different sessions and overall conversation. By comparing the types and structures of the wheel and wheel of both doctors and patients, the study found that both parties play different roles in the interaction.
