袋栽平菇一般出完第三潮菇后的栽培料都已干缩,不再出菇,因此作为废料被处理掉。为了提高平菇产量,降低生产成本,我们于1990年将其废料进行脱袋浸水后覆盖湿的阔叶树锯末进行栽培试验,30天后出菇,生物转化率提高24.0%~33.4%。 (一)试验材料 平菇中蔬10号,引自中国农业科学院。阔叶树锯末,2.5%溴氰菊酯乳浊,50%多菌灵粉剂,石灰,石膏,出完第三潮菇的菌袋。 (二)试验方法 把出完第三潮菇的菌袋脱去,将菌块置于水中浸泡24小时。在阔叶树的锯末中加1%的石膏、2%的石灰、0.2%的多菌灵、0.1%的溴氰菊
