18CrNi3Mo钢开预备方过程中发现坯子表面出现了严重的鱼鳞状裂纹形态,产材后钢材表面上呈现裂口、裂纹等缺陷形式。应用宏观和金相等检验手段对钢材缺陷进行了分析,分析结果表明:由于生产不顺,钢锭在均热炉内反复升降温和高温段停留时间过长,导致钢锭应力过大、局部过热(过烧),使得钢材表面产生裂纹。通过采取对加热工艺等一系列优化措施,再生产后钢材表面质量经过检验全部合格。
