介绍了一种用于电动汽车的电控机械式自动变速器(EMT)的系统结构和工作原理。根据电动汽车的电机控制策略、EMT的换档执行机构特点,分析了EMT系统的各种故障和故障原因。并基于CAN网络应用层UDS协议开发了EMT故障诊断界面。该EMT故障诊断系统的功能有效性通过电动汽车实车诊断得到验证,诊断性能满足电动汽车诊断的要求。
A system structure and working principle of an electronically controlled mechanical automatic transmission (EMT) for electric vehicles is introduced. According to the motor control strategy of electric vehicle and the characteristics of shift actuator of EMT, the various faults and causes of failure of EMT system are analyzed. And based on the CAN network application layer UDS protocol developed EMT fault diagnosis interface. The functional validity of the EMT fault diagnosis system is verified by real vehicle electric vehicle diagnosis, and diagnostic performance meets the requirements of electric vehicle diagnosis.
