班主任是中小学日常思想道德教育和学生管理工作的主要实施者,是中小学生健康成长的引领者。探究、明确新形势下班主任专业发展的内容,是广大基层学校开展班主任培训工作,提升班主任工作素养,增强班主任工作能力的前提条件。文章结合当今中小学实际状况,阐述了班主任专业发展的主要内容。
The class teacher is the primary implementer of the daily moral education and student management in primary and secondary schools, and is the leader of the healthy growth of primary and secondary school students. Exploring and clarifying the contents of the professional development of the headteacher under the new situation is a precondition for conducting training work for headteachers at the grassroots level, improving the qualifications of headteachers and enhancing their ability to work in class. Combined with the actual conditions of today’s primary and secondary schools, the article expounds the main contents of the professional development of class teachers.
